Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Precision Digital PD765-6R0-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Promess products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Prominent product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Promess such as the 7240080030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS514424P16M09PS514424P16M09 manufactured by Electro and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BT4B1604PPT2000UD010000 by Manufacturer Prominent as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Gd-California Brand 7171A02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proface such as 328003602GLC2500TC41200V equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
